Is your day full of stuff and to do lists? Do you think you are alone in this race to complete your tasks and juggle all the balls we have in front of us? NO, our teachers, bus drivers and those additional teams that have to manage 50+ children in a day and In some case 1000+ as a principal. Why are we expecting them to have super powers to only remember YOUR child and all the needs he or she comes with? Daily dismissals regardless of the method is a tiresome experience and can be overwhelming to deal with everyday. “Well that’s their job!” some have said. Yes, but if I gave you a job and told you to complete it as 200 people were yelling at you or not following the rules how will that work for you. I APPLAUD the teacher and supporting administrators that take care of all the children when we are working. Take a minute and put yourself in their shoes and see if you could last before you past judgement. Making a difference comes at a cost. How much is it for you? Thank a teacher, admin or any school official today as they will appreciate it!
